Armoured power marine cable with high screening effectiveness
- Number of conductors: 1.
- Conductor diameter: 300mm².
- Cable outer diameter: 32,3mm.
- Inner sheath: yarn fillers and none hygroscopic tape or extruded halogen-free.
- insulation: HF XLPE according to IEC 60092-360.
- Maximum bending radius: 6 x ø.
- Minimum installation temperature: -15°C.
- Rated conductor temperature for fixed installation: -40°C to 90°C.
- Armour: bare copper wire braid (upon request tinned copper or galvanized steel braid) + the minimum coverage is 90%.
- Extra armour: to reduce electromagnetis interferences, additional aluminium tape underneath the copper braid or copper may be insurted (according to IEC 62153-4 part 3 and 4)
- Taping: aluminium.
- Conductor: flexible bare (optional tinned) copper class 5 according to IEC 60228.
- Outer sheath: SHF1 compound according to IEC 60092-360.
- Can be used in most areas and on open deck in ships and offshore units.
